Registration is closed for both current sports. Registered families should make sure the eligibility packet and signed physical are complete.

Why This Form Uses a UIL Template
BUCS uses the physician examination page from the UIL Preparticipation Physical Evaluation because it is familiar to Texas physicians. BUCS is not affiliated with, governed by, or a member of UIL. Information submitted to BUCS is maintained by BUCS and is not submitted to or shared with UIL.
